【摘要】目的探讨经单鼻孔蝶窦入路垂体腺瘤切除术的围手术期护理.方法通过充分的术前鼻腔准备、适应性训练等和术后对各种并发症的行之有效的护理,确保患者顺利康复.结果44 例均能主动配合手术,术后并发一过性尿崩13例,轻度脑脊液鼻漏3 例,高热2例,经过有效的护理护理措施,患者均治愈出院.结论经单鼻孔蝶窦入路切除垂体腺瘤创伤小、恢复快,做好围手术期的护理可促进病人早日康复.

垂体肿瘤是鞍区最常见的肿瘤.发生率高,占颅内肿瘤的10—15%【1】.随着显微外科.神经放射学等的不断发展,目前国内外已普遍开展经蝶窦入路切除垂体腺瘤的微创手术方式.我科2008年至2010年采用经单鼻孔蝶窦入路垂体腺瘤切除44例.效果良好.现将护理体会报告如下.

【摘要】Objective to investigate the single nostril transsphenoidal pituitary adenoma resection of peri operation nursing care.
