摘要：自二十世纪八十年代末以来,以美国为代表的西方主要发达国家展开了关于公司法修改的大讨论,主要围绕公司股东及利益相关者的问题,由此引出公司的社会责任的基本问题.本文主要把公司的社会责任作为一种新理念来引入到我国公司法的修改中,从而来强化公司的社会责任,并针对我国公司法对公司社会责任规定的不足之处提出了几点完善的建议.
